I was having coffee with a friend yesterday and as she was about to
throw out the milk container she says...."there is only a minute amount
of milk I'm going to toss it" to which I responded "minute to you is
worth 2 cups of coffee to me". My second response was who buys your groceries?

York-based colon and rectal surgeon. “Instead of weight loss and detox,
you get a reversal -- your body slows down and holds onto fat and
everything else.”

For the past 18 years, Lyubomirsky has been conducting research on what
makes people happy and ways they can be happier. Her conclusion: Only 10
percent of your happiness is influenced by life circumstances, such as
your financial situation or marriage. And while genetics determines 50
percent of your happiness, a full 40 percent is within your control
because it is influenced by what you do and how you think in your daily
life. The first step: Choose to be happy. Then, take matters into your
own hands. Here’s how:

Travel

When Lori Erickson, 48, of Iowa City, Iowa, heard about a ghost-hunting
weekend held at the famously haunted Mason House Inn in nearby
Bentonsport, she decided it would be the perfect way to bring together
six local girlfriends for an exciting getaway. It turned out to be even
more memorable than they expected. Erickson and her friends helped a
paranormal investigation team attempt to contact and photograph the
inn’s spectral residents. While they didn’t bust any actual ghosts, “we
