Maybe it's because our first bag was an envelope style clutch that we have an affinity to this newest handbag and accessories collection ela designed by Ela Kowalewska. But our affinity doesn't stop here.
The basis of ela is the idea of humble luxury where refined and sophisticated silhouettes strive to showcase rather than upstage the wearer. Blessed by Jimmy Choo himself - he reassured her of her path upon seeing Ela's sketches. Contemporary with classic design describes this first collection with the signature piece the M.I.L.C.K (money/identification/lipstick/cell/keys) envelope clutch.
If that weren't enough to whet your appetite, each piece is manufactured locally in Toronto, with materials originally from Italy. Ela's medium is leather using a palette of neutrals to enhance any Fall outfit. The collection ranges from wallets to weekend bags and the soon to be de riguer M.I.L.C.K.
Ela Kowalewska developed a passion for leather goods while working at Hermès Canada. It was here that she acquired her appreciation for high-end craftsmanship and design.
