Smart women love themselves first. That's why this Valentine's Day do something different and spend some time with me - we mean you. Take the day and do little things that you enjoy. Don't know where to start? Here are some of our office faves, 14 of them in fact:

Hit the Snooze
Enjoy that snooze today. An extra 10 minutes will only make the day more enjoyable.
Wear Lingerie to Work
There is nothing that feels better than a little lingerie underneath a suit. It's for you and no one else today.
Get a Manicure
Most of us work at a computer and as such look at our nails constantly throughout the day. What better way to bring some colour to the day then to add some polish to your nails.
Hang out with the GF's
Have a drink or share dessert with the girls. There is only half the calories in dessert when you share.
Buy Yourself Flowers
Don't wait for someone else to do it. Or better yet, wait until the 15th and get a great deal on those flowers.
Come Home and Put Your Feet Up
Spend the night reading a great book or watching your fave show. Don't do one chore - it can all wait until tomorrow.
Eat Your Most Favourite Meal
Indulge just this one day. Eating right 90% of the time is the key versus denying yourself. If you want to have cupcakes for dinner then have cupcakes for dinner.
Get Outside
Weather permitting head out for a walk or run or power walk, around the neighbourhood and drink in where you live.
Give
Buy the person behind you a coffee, buy a GF some flowers, do something for someone else as it feels good, not because you have to.
Buy Yourself a Heart Shaped Box of Chocolates
There is nothing more empowering than knowing you can buy your own chocolates!
Leave Work at 5
Listen, the work will be there tomorrow and the next day. Leave work with the intention for some me time.
Shut Out the World
Okay, we know, but I have to tweet, fb or pin it at some point or I will go crazy. If you must be engaged, then try to shut the world out for 30 minutes. That means no checking in either, even if that indicator light is flashing. The world can wait.
Go To Bed Early
Get in bed and read, watch TV or contemplate life snug underneath the covers an hour before your regular bedtime. Although, indulgent, it's sometimes the best thing for me time.
Make it An Annual Event
Whatever you do to celebrate this day of love do it every year. And as the year's go by make it as grand as possible. What do we mean, pass on the giving aspect to all your friends and have them buy a coffee for the person behind them. Show the world some love.
