ASTORIA PROSECCO COCKTAIL RECIPES

Leave the beer and traditional cocktails to someone else this weekend. If you are hosting a get together do it with style. Try these cocktails made with prosecco for yummy and refreshing drinks.

Midnight Cocktail
4 fresh blueberries
2 fresh blackberries
1 fresh strawberry
1/2 oz pure cane syrup
1 oz vodka
4 oz Astoria Prosecco
Muddle berries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add syrup, vodka and ice and strain into a glass. Top with Astoria Prosecco. Garnish with extra berries if desired.

Bello Cocktail
1 orange wedge
1 lime wedge
6 mint leaves
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
2 1/2 oz Astoria Prosecco
Muddle fruit and mint with triple sec in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and strain into a glass filled 3/4 with ice. Add brandy and Astoria Prosecco, stir and garnish with mint.

Verona Nectar
4 fresh blackberries
1/2 oz pure cane syrup
1 oz pineapple rum
1/2 oz pineapple juice
2 1/2 oz Astoria Prosecco
Muddle berries and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake for four seconds and strain into a glass.

Prosecco Mojito
12 mint leaves
1 lime, cut in quarters
2 tbsp sugar
1 oz white rum
1 oz Astoria Prosecco
2 oz soda water
Squeeze lime into a tall glass. Add mint leaves and sugar. Gently muddle the ingredients, taking care not to tear the mint. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then add the rum and Astoria Prosecco. Top with soda.
