Should I wear lipgloss or lipstick to the office?

But whether your love is for lipgloss, for the shine, or the full coverage of a lipstick there is an etiquette, sort of. According to Mr. Échaudemaison lipgloss is for the day and lipstick is for the evening.

Today both lipgloss and lipstick formulations combine ingredients for soft, supple lips, so it really comes down to preference. Our tip, regardless of whether you are wearing a gloss or stick: fill in the entire lip with a similar lip liner colour so when the lipgloss or lipstick wears away you still have colour on the lip.
