NARS SPRING 2012 MAKEUP COLLECTION

Fresh and fierce describes the Spring collection from NARS. Bright, playful colours balanced with rich, saturated hues for a collection that is contemporary, alluring and sophisticated. The line reminds us of a Latin girl in the summer months - with bronzed skin and gorgeous full brightly coloured lips. Her skin is bronzed, the eyes glimmer with muted cool tones of lavender and pink or warms shades of brass, bronze and navy. The cheeks look pinches and alive with candy pink while the lips ooze berry or topaz. Violet metallic nails finish off the fresh and fierce look by NARS.
Highlights from the NARS Spring 2012 Makeup Collection
Douce France: an eye shadow trio featuring pinks shades - shimmery icy pink and rose-petal and a deep matte rose.
Lhasa: a lavender gray that evokes images of Lhasa the home to Tibetan Buddhist palaces.
Paramaribo: Surinam, a tropical state in South America, is the inspiration of the Duo Eye shadow of metallic shades of brass and bronze.
Gaiety: as its names suggests a cheerful candy-pink blush.
   
Mexican Rose: known for its long-lasting pink blooms, the hot-pink Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil leaves lips supple and plump (with hyaluronic spheres ).
Valparaiso: the Chilean city that provides the inspiration for this rich raspberry long-wearing Pure Matte Lipstick.
Bilbao: a shimmering Lipstick in topaz reminiscent of the Basque region of Spain
Dark Rite: navy blue Soft Touch Shadow Pencil.
Diamond Life: a metallic violet Nail Polish, this Smooth Operator came to life for the love of Sade's debut album.
