Romantic, long and soft the hair backstage at Just Cavalli fall 2012.
“To create this look, I found my inspiration in the 1970s and 1980s era - the years of Debbie Harry and disco music - but revisited with a softer take on it. I thought of a contemporary woman, young and rich, but never bourgeois, always in the front line at the more glamorous parties and with a splendid head of hair. The important thing in achieving this look was to have hair that looked naturally beautiful, which is why I used Moroccanoil products, as they provided the hair with an extraordinary softness and a weightless, silk-like effect.” - Malcolm Edwards
Create the Look:
“To prep the hair, I first applied Moroccanoil Curl Control Mousse, a product that is exceptional for creating a base and structuring a look. I dried the hair carefully using the Moroccanoil Ionic Ceramic Brush.
To create volume at the roots, I divided the hair into sections, teasing each section and then gently spraying it with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray, an exceptional hairspray that gives a soft hold. The hair is left workable and enveloped in shine.
For the final touch, I sprayed the entire look with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray for a soft hold that guaranteed freedom of movement. I completed the look with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine to give it that touch of irresistible light.”
