How can I wear a cropped now!
Cropped pants can be worn year round!
The cropped pant is definitely one of the hottest pieces on the runway right now and looking forward designers are continuing to show it for Fall of this year making this is one of the best pieces to buy for longevity. But you say, it's still cold outside and I can't expose any skin.
Our tips for wearing your cropped pant:
At the office
 opt for a dark or neutral colour in a fitted, trouser style. Paired with a mid-length trench and ankle boots, your boots should be in the same colour, as the pant, so not to shorten the leg line ( especially important if you are short ).
For the evening
pair with sky-high heels in a bold colour ( pictued below by Pink Tartan ). If you want a casual look go with a flat or kitten heel.
In a wider style
try a wider leg ( pictured below with cuff by Rachel Zoe ) with a full boot with a stiletto or wedge heel, pairing this look with a fitted, hip length leather jacket and oversized bag and your look will scream runway!
It is important to make-sure your cropped pant falls to the correct length, they should end an inch above the ankle bone, any shorter and you are entering Capri territory. And of course if they are any longer than you are just wearing regular pants.
