Feminine and casual elegance was the look at Carlos Miele Fall 2012 Show with Rodney Culter for ULTA Beauty backstage at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on February 13, 2012. Rodney Cutler, Redken Expert / Celebrity Runway Stylist for the Salon at ULTA Beauty alongside ULTA lead stylists Tracy Guthrie, Elly Torres, Charles Anderson, Katie Deming, Danielle Martin and Sarah Dahl created a simple understated glamour beauty look inspired by Carlos Miele newest collection. Tracing back to the Brazilian roots of the brand, Cutler’s vision was having the models look effortlessly chic.
GET THE LOOK:
1. Layer Redken Spray Starch 15 Versatile Ironing Spray and Redken Rootful 06 Root Lifting Spray throughout sections of the hair and blow out straight until completely dry
2. Grab small sections of the hair, spray Redken Fashion Work 12 Versatile Working Spray and curl the hair using a 1 inch curling iron
3. Feed the hair through the curling iron continuing to flip the ends to avoid ridges
4. Pin up each of the curled pieces of hair
5. After a couple of minutes let down the hair and brush out the curls gently creating a soft full look
