What are you doing in 10 minutes, 10 months and 10 years from now?
10 minutes: I'm heading out to meet a potential new board member for the Aussie X Charity Foundation. We're also meeting to discuss our service trip to Nairobi, Kenya in July 2011 where we taught over 3200 youth in need.
10 months: Expanding the Aussie X Corporate Team Performance Program and other leadership businesses I'm involved with throughout North America.
10 years: Traveling with my family around the world working with Aussie X's International Outreach Programs. Home-bases will be my beachfront house in Melbourne, Australia and my downtown condo in Toronto, Canada.

Name the one thing you cannot leave the house without?

My iPhone ? not that original, but I honestly cannot live without it. I'm a tech geek!

Who inspires/inspired you?

I have had so many people that have inspired me throughout my life. My first memory of inspiration was my grade 5 teacher writing in my Christmas card 'The world is your oyster, Kaela'  and when I realized no one else had that written in their card, I asked my Mom what it meant ? she replied 'he thinks you can do anything or be anyone you choose to be in the world'. It's part of the reason why I have a passion to work with kids. One moment can change the course of someone's life forever.

Who do you want to inspire?
I hope to inspire everyone I cross paths with to dream and achieve, but in particular my passion is to teach young girls simple strategies of self-awareness and to empower them to discover their inner-strength.

What do you love about yourself?
Freedom to be whoever I want to be, whenever I want to be it.

What would you change about yourself?

From night owl to early riser! I'm working on that one.

What is your biggest regret?
As an entrepreneur I don't look at anything I have done with regret - rather I look at everything as a growth experience. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to let go of what I perceived as wrong decisions and focus on growth, contribution and love of myself and those around me. The only thing I think I would ever regret is if I gave up on living the life of an entrepreneur.

True confession time.  Name your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate, wine and a foot/leg massage from my man whilst watching Modern Family (he loves the show and I love hearing him laugh).

Coffee or Tea?
Coffee ? strong & skinny (or skim in North America).

What was the last city you visited?
Reykjavik, Iceland!!! One of my favourite places in the world. It's pure magic!

What are 3 words your best friends would use to describe you?
I'm chatting to my best mate who lives in England. I asked her and she said 'diligent, self-motivated and passionate'.

What 5 words would you pass on to anyone listening?

The journey is the dream.
