The extravagance - the little black bullet. For those familiar with Guerlain you know the bullet. Launched with the Rouge G lipstick this case with mirror is both functional and a piece to be held and admired. In the Noir G version the mirror begs you to bring it up so close to your eyes so you can reach every last little lash, much closer than you could get with your bathroom mirror.
The function? A formula that is touted as complete in that it creates volume, length, curve and care. It's been through the beauty connexion test kitchen with flying colours. The long lasting formula doesn't smudge, clump or flak, it does this through a polymer film that sets the formula on the lashes. Noir G also cares for your lashes with Artemia Salina extract to create dense lashes - you may not think that carrying for your lashes is important but just think of them as hair - if the hair is split the mascara will not sit well on them.
And the piece de resistance? Guerlain's colour innovation with Vitrified Black Carbon pigments with more black and more brilliance coated in a glass ball.
