What are you doing in 10 minutes, 10 months and 10 years from now?
10 minutes: Getting dresses ready for Victory over Violence Award Winners ? their gala is this Thursday and we are loaning them dresses! 10 months: Hopefully expanding RfR into Plus Sizes, Maternity Dresses or Bridal dresses. 10 years: World Domination.

Who do you want to inspire? Our amazing customers. Honestly ? we LOVE our customers. They are positive, generous, supportive incredible women who make this job an absolute pleasure.
What do you love about yourself? Lisa: That I try my hardest to see things from other people?s perspectives. Kristy: That I can laugh on the roughest of days. What would you change about yourself? Lisa: I wish sometimes I would choose my words more carefully. Kristy: To make fewer assumptions.
What is your biggest regret? Lisa: No regrets; one of my favourite mottos is ?Fail forward?. Kristy: What is that great line from Adele, ?Regrets and mistakes are memories made? Totally agree. What talent would you like to have most? Lisa: Tap Dancing! Kristy: Singing!
What can't you live without? Our amazing customers.
What is your idea of the perfect day and who would you share it with? Lisa: Getting up super early, hiking up Grouse Mountain in Vancouver, having breakfast at the top with TONS of coffee. Then shoe shopping! Kristy: Sunny day on the West Coast ? yoga, surfing, hanging with my dog and a glass of wine at sunset.
What are 3 words your best friends would use to describe you? Lisa: Tenacious, Competitive, Generous Kristy: Meticulous, Supportive, Analytical.
What 5 words would you pass on to anyone listening? Lisa: Always be kind to others. Kristy: Be grateful for every day.
If you could live in one place where would it be and why? Lisa: Chicago, because it has a fast pace when you want it, but it can be laid back and you can even enjoy a beach. But, my family would have to move there with me! Kristy: West Coast! Vancouver, Oregon, Washington, California. Anyplace I can surf.
