I have a few drops of perfume left, it's not enough to spray.  Do I throw it out?

Definitely not! Put those last few drops to good use.

If you have a bottle of perfume with just enough of the fragrance inside but can't get it to spray out, you can use that to create your own scented body lotion. Assuming you can get the fragrance out and don't mind potentially damaging the bottle you can make a DIY scented lotion.

To start, purchase a fragrance and dye free body lotion (if you don't already have one at home), an empty separate plastic container (or use the body lotion) and a liquid dropper (good to have, not required) from your local beauty supply or drug store. Separate some of the lotion and using the liquid dropper start adding a drop of perfume to the lotion, start with very little, remember you can always add more to strengthen the scent but you cannot remove it, so don't dump all the fragrance in the lotion bottle at once, stir the mixture every time you add the fragrance and do a little test. Keep adding perfume until you have achieved your desired strength of scent or have run out of perfume.  This is a good way to wear those stronger fragrances more subtly during the day.

Also, if you don't mind experimenting, you can mix a couple of fragrances to come up with your own personalized scented body lotion.
