Q. I have oily skin, can I wear cream blush?
A. The short answer is yes but there is a technique to it.  Those with oily skin shy away from anything that will cause a dewy look to the skin, as their skin is already dewy from the oil it produces.  The effect or benefit of a cream type blush is to add a dewy effect to the skin, so those with oily skin types won't reach for this type of blush.  So how does one with oily skin, use a cream blush?  Follow this technique for radiant cheeks.

1. Apply foundation/tinted moisturizer to the skin
2. Dab and blend cream blush on to the apples of the cheeks (smile and you will see your apples!)
3. Dust with loose powder

Voila! Intense colour without the dew!.
